Diamond Financial Management Group, Inc. is a company that is dedicated to providing close, personal attention to our clients to ensure satisfaction in the services provided. Our services include business management, tax planning and preparation of tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates, financial consulting, investment analysis, retirement pension and estate planning, and insurance consulting.
We maintain our client's checking, savings and money market accounts. Maintaining these accounts consists of preparing checks or transfer funds for payment of normal monthly expenditures such as credit card bills, utility bills, home mortgage payments, etc. and also unexpected transactions. We receive funds from agents, managers, and other sources to be deposited into their appropriate bank accounts. At the end of each month, upon receipt of bank statements, we reconcile the bank accounts to verify the proper account balances.
On a monthly basis, we submit to the clients:
- Bank account summaries which includes the opening and closing balances, and detailed lists of deposits made and checks drawn on your accounts.
- Month end balance sheets
- Monthly profit and loss statements.
- Monthly cash flow report.
- General Ledgers
- Personal budgeting analysis
DFMG prepares all federal, state and local income tax returns for our clients and any entities they own. In addition, we prepare income tax projections before each year-end and advise our clients of tax planning suggestions and the steps required for their implementation. We consult on any major transactions that our clients propose to undertake and assist in minimizing their tax burden.
We prepare personal financial plans after careful consideration of our client's goals and their present financial situation. We provide ongoing assistance in implementing the actions agreed upon to achieve their goals and objectives. We analyze, on a monthly basis, that the financial goals are met. DFMG will help clients understand their financial and tax situation and assist in optimizing their financial situation now and in the future with the proper planning and implementation.
We review investment opportunities and advise our clients on their income tax aspects. We consult with experts in the various investment fields in order to advise them on the economic aspects. We monitor their portfolio to ensure that the investments comply with the agreed-upon asset allocation mix as determined in their financial plan.
DFMG consults on available retirement plans and provide the proper estate planning for each individual client. The goals of the retirement and estate planning will not only be to minimize the tax liability now and in the future, but also provide financial stability in the future.
We consult with and advise our clients and their insurance broker, if necessary, regarding their health, disability, life and property/casualty insurance coverage.
